Equipment Introduction

This production line consists of bottle tending machine, electronic counting machine, desiccant stuffing machine, capping machine, aluminium foil sealing machine and labeling machine. It is suitable for the whole process of counting, filling, capping, sealing and labelling of tablets, pills, capsules and other shaped tablets in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries. Product features

● Multi-channel electronic counting machine:

● Wide range of application for counting tablets, the same machine can be used for counting and canning products of different specifications and sizes, and it is simple to switch between different specifications and easy to adjust;

● Accurate counting of tablets, adopting independent optical inspection system, thus ensuring high level of counting accuracy and speed;

● Adopting multi-stage vibration feeding, each stage can be adjusted individually, so that the material can be separated and travelled faster, and the attitude is more even and smooth;

● The surface is made of stainless steel and non-toxic, chemically stable food-grade non-metallic materials, which is easy to clean and has no dead angle;

● Equipped with lack of bottles, bottle blocking detection photoelectricity, can effectively control the normal operation of the whole system, no bottles, bottle blocking automatic shutdown, to be restored automatically run;

Desiccant input machine:

● The cutter adopts cylinder control, the cutter is durable and not easy to be worn out, the cutting action is sharp and ensures the integrity of the desiccant package;

● PLC control, Chinese and English dialogue control panel, can store ten sets of data, convenient adjustment, the operator can easily get started;

● Drying pellet strip is driven by stepping motor conveyor, stable and smooth feeding, with optical eye precise sensing, accurate positioning of drying pellet, can effectively avoid drying pellet cutting and contamination of the product;

Capping machine:

● Constant torque capping head ensures that the capping head stops rotating when the cap reaches the tightness requirement, which is suitable for products with high tightness requirement;

● Photoelectric sensor detection, suspend operation for lack of bottles or blocked bottles, and run automatically after recovery;

● Replaceable cap locking head to suit different cap locking and capping requirements;

Labelling machine:

● Wide range of labelling application, simple switching of labelling between bottles, easy adjustment;

● High precision labelling, the labelling tape winding adopts a corrective mechanism, good stability, smooth labelling, no wrinkles, no air bubbles;

● Excellent labelling quality, the elastic labelling belt is adopted, the labelling is smooth and wrinkle-free, which improves the packaging quality.
