Milk powder can fixed-point positioning capping machine is an automatic capping machine specially designed for the bottle production line of pharmaceutical and health care products, foodstuffs, daily chemicals and other industries. It adopts astrolabe structure, which integrates capping, bottle feeding, capping and bottle discharging, and can accurately locate and cap each bottle. There is no injury to bottle and cap during capping process, which is suitable for plastic milk powder bottle caps of various specifications. The positioning capping mechanism ensures that the force of each capping head reaches a certain pressure and then stops capping automatically. The whole machine adopts PLC control and touch human-machine interface, which is convenient and intuitive to operate.

The machine has fast rolling speed, high efficiency, smooth running, wide range of use, can be used with all kinds of bottling line, meet the GMP and FDA requirements.
