Equipment Introduction

This machine is developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology, which is a new type of powder filling and capping equipment with leading level in the world. This machine adopts servo filling system, disc positioning type capping and screwing (pressing), the equipment is stable and reliable. The machine adopts high-precision closed cam indexer with high precision, reliable operation and long service life. The indexer has a simple structure and requires no maintenance for long-term use.

This machine is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industry and scientific research field. It adopts advanced servo-driven screw filling and mechanical capping and pressing combination, and can be designed with filling head and rotating (pressing) head according to customer's output requirements. The whole machine includes transmission parts, filling parts, capping parts, screwing (pressing) parts, etc., compact structure, reasonable design, high production efficiency; PLC programmable controller for automatic control of the relevant functions, swap specifications to achieve tool-less dismantling, easy maintenance. The machine can be used for single production, and also can be used with bottle-sorting machine, labelling machine and other equipment to form a linkage production line, which is one of the ideal equipments for GMP transformation and modernisation of pharmaceutical factories.

Product features

● High-precision screw is used for dispensing. Precise measurement and convenient adjustment of loading;

● Capping plugs are automatically sorted out and transferred through the conveyor rail to position the plugs for capping. The capping method adopts fixed-point plugging and capping, and then enters the capping part;

● Capping adopts torque-adjustable capping structure, with good sealing effect and beautiful sealing;

● Bottle management, inner stopper and outer cap have photoelectric sensing, with the functions of not filling without bottle, not stopping stopper without bottle, not stopping cap without stopper, and stopping machine when the bottle is full;

● The unit is equipped with noise reduction device, plastic spraying for corking and capping, and buffer cushion for linear rail;

● Dispensing hopper is equipped with material level official window, which is easy to operate, and the hopper adopts quick-opening device, which is easy to dismantle and clean.

● The equipment is controlled by touch screen, and the speed can be adjusted steplessly by frequency conversion;

● The whole machine is made of stainless steel and meets the requirements of the 2010 edition of GMP;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment;

● Optional organic glass protective cover for the whole machine, providing more safety for the operator.
