GX-200A lifting capping machine is different from the previous intermittent capping machine, overcoming the shortcomings of intermittent capping machine, such as slow capping speed, tight capping and small scope of application. The design of this machine adopts the new technology of linear bottle feeding, automatic capping and uninterrupted capping, etc. In the design of capping, it adopts the more advanced lifting capping device in the industry, which avoids the noise of oscillating capping and improves the output greatly.

Features of capping machine

● The whole machine adopts touch screen with Chinese interface, the operation display is clear and easy to understand;

● The speed of capping belt is adjusted by frequency conversion, which ensures the synchronisation with the conveying speed;

● The capping part adopts ladder-type lifting belt, which makes the cap loading speed fast and the noise low;

● The cap dropping structure has the function of automatic rejection of the reverse cap (except by the weight of the cap itself and air blowing), ensuring the caps to be put into the track smoothly without blocking the material;

● Ramp type cap pressing belt gradually presses the belt; first correct and then press to ensure the correctness of the cap;

● Automatic cap management and cap pressing, reducing the labour intensity of workers;

● The body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets the GMP requirements;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrading and other explanatory information), to provide full protection for the normal operation of the capping machine;

● Optional capping defective products and no aluminium foil detection and rejection mechanism;

● The capping machine can be equipped with optional data network interface for data storage and reading management.
