Equipment Introduction

This machine is mainly suitable for de-static air washing inside the bottles of round bottles made of various materials. Adopting ionic wind needle to extend into the inverted bottle mouth 35mm, through the ionic wind rinsing, so that the bottle to meet the requirements of the production process.

① The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is in full compliance with GMP requirements.

② all electrical dynamic control are in accordance with international standards, the main components are imported components, auxiliary components using domestic fine products, using frequency conversion speed control, continuously adjustable operating speed.

③ When the machine is switched on, the exhaust fan works, and the standard exhaust volume is controlled at 110m3/h, (assuming that the cross-sectional area of the blowing section is 400*150mm). Need to consider the medium pressure fan, exhaust air volume of 150~250m3/h. Add easy to dismantle dust cover for cleaning.

④ In the rinsing stage, the ionic wind needle is extended into the bottom of the inverted bottle, and the first ionic wind rinses for more than 3 seconds to ensure the rinsing effect. In front of the air inlet of the exhaust fan, there is a primary filter and bag that can be quickly dismantled; the exhaust air is connected to the exhaust box of the technical mezzanine through the air duct.

⑤ Need to ensure that the ionic wind work when the exhaust fan must work.
