This series of piston filling machine is suitable for filling liquid products with different viscosity, which is widely used in various industries such as condiment, food, medicine, grease and so on.

The whole machine includes: multi-group piston filling system, variable frequency speed control conveyor belt, high-strength stainless steel structure frame, automatic replenishment control high level trough, a clear touch-screen operation panel, and so on. The special anti-drip filling head can ensure no drip at all when filling, and it is equipped with lifting and filling mechanism, the filling head reaches into the bottle mouth before filling;

This series of machines are easy to maintain, widely used clamp type quick connection, dismantling and cleaning without special special tools. It is really convenient to adjust, no bottles without filling, and accurate loading. At the same time the programme has a counting, online cleaning function.

● Intelligent control, to achieve abnormal liquid level warning, automatic shutdown of over-limit alarm, photoelectric detection of no bottles missing bottles will not be filled;

● Humanised programme design, automatic fault detection prompts, and output counting function;

● Convenient cleaning and maintenance, adopting clamp type connection, no special tools are needed for cleaning and dismantling, and equipped with upper and lower liquid receiving tanks for cleaning;

● Considerate safety design, electric and gas control boxes are designed separately and independently, and the filling area is equipped with a safety locking polycarbonate safety cover;

● The hoses are made of imported food-grade steel wire reinforced tubes, food-grade seals (made of Viton), and the piston is made of PP, and the whole machine and pipelines are in line with GMP standards.
