Equipment Introduction

This machine is developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. It is a new type of counting, filling, feeding and capping equipment with leading level in the world. This machine adopts electronic grain counting system, disc positioning type capping and screwing (pressing) cap, and the equipment is stable and reliable. The machine adopts high-precision closed cam indexer with high precision, reliable operation and long service life. The indexer has a simple structure and requires no maintenance for long-term use.

This machine is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industry and scientific research field. According to the customer's output requirements, we can design the counting channel and rotary (pressure) head. The whole machine includes transmission parts, grain counting parts, feeding parts, cap parts, spinning (pressure) cap parts, etc. It has a compact structure, reasonable design and high production efficiency; it adopts PLC programmable controller to control the relevant functions automatically, and it is easy to change specifications to achieve tool-less dismantling and easy to maintain. The machine can be used for single machine production, and can also be used with the bottle machine, labelling machine and other equipment to form a linkage production line, which is one of the ideal equipments for the GMP transformation of pharmaceutical factories and the realisation of modernised production.

● The dispensing uses high-precision electronic granule counting machine, which is accurate in measuring and convenient in adjusting the loading quantity;

● Capping plugs are automatically sorted out and transferred through the conveyor rail to position the plugs for capping. The capping method adopts fixed-point plugging and capping, and then enters the capping section;

● Capping adopts torque-adjustable capping structure, with good sealing effect and beautiful sealing;

● Bottle management, inner stopper and outer cap have photoelectric sensing, with the functions of not filling without bottle, not stopping stopper without bottle, not stopping cap without stopper, and stopping machine when the bottle is full;

● The unit is equipped with noise reduction device, plastic spraying for corking and capping, and buffer cushion for linear rail;

● Dispensing hopper is equipped with material level official window, which is easy to operate, and the oscillating track is equipped with quick-disassembling device, which is easy to disassemble and clean.

● The equipment is controlled by touch screen, and the speed can be adjusted steplessly by frequency conversion;

● The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of the 2010 edition of GMP;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment;

● Optional machine organic glass protective cover, to provide more safety for the operator.
