● This machine applies the principle of gear pump, and the microcomputer controls the metering and speed to fill the liquid into the container, with wide adaptability to liquids and accurate metering.

● The filling volume, speed and filling interval can be easily set on the operation panel.

● Each filling can be set to start fast and then slow to eliminate foaming during filling.

● Sealed, waterproof operation panel; light touch buttons and LCD screen for setting and displaying parameters and operating conditions.

● A total of 20 sets of data are saved to facilitate the use of different bottle sizes.

● The pump body is cleverly designed to be easily disassembled without tools and is easy to clean.

● Optional cylinder nozzle can perfectly meet the requirements of viscous and large-dose liquid filling.

● It can be made into a conveyor belt for online use, and one conveyor belt can be used for up to 4 units.

● Perfect equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other information), to provide full protection for the normal operation of the equipment.
